Another filing is “expected” to be released soon, which “probably” will complete the round, Block said (an earlier version of his article was more specific and unambiguous, saying there would be two such filings in full in the coming days, citing an unnamed source). The publication said the round brought in a $1 billion valuation. A Flashbots spokesperson declined to confirm that number to CoinDesk.
